HDS Inmedio becomes LS Travel Retail Romania

Bucharest, January 6^th 2012: Lagardère Services, world leader in travel retail and press distribution, has launched in 2011 a worldwide rebranding of its travel retail operations. The new core identity is meant to offer consistence and to leverage growth both at local and global levels. The new identity is accompanied by the restructuring of the company’s business into three regional divisions: LS Travel Retail EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), LS Travel Retail ASPAC (Asia Pacific) and LS Travel Retail North America.

In line with the Group’s strategic directions, at regional level, the Romanian and Bulgarian Subsidiaries will change their organizational structures and visual identities becoming LS Travel Retail Romania and LS Travel Retail Bulgaria, members of LS Travel Retail EMEA.

Stefan Picard, General Manager of LS Travel Retail Romania is taking over also the LS Travel Retail Bulgaria, while Marius Vacalau, Commercial Director of LS Travel Retail Romania is appointed Chief Operating Officer for the Romanian Subsidiary.
